How we work with you

Your business is complex.

Working with us isn't.

Four ways to work with SimWell. Which one fits depends on whether you already know the decision you need to make, who builds the model, and what happens once the question is answered.

Find your way in3 questions
Question 1 of 3

Do you know which decision you need to make?

Question 2 of 3

Who is going to build the model?

Question 3 of 3

Once the question is answered, what happens next?

Your way in

Decision Workshop

Discovery on its own. Two weeks, two days on your site, and a ranked map of what is costing you and what to do about each item. Yours whether or not a project follows.

Most workshops lead to a Scoped Project on one of the items the map flags. Some end with a list your team runs on its own.

Your way in

Scoped Project

You bring the question. We run discovery, build the model, validate it against how the operation runs, and hand over the tool your planners use to test the options.

Discovery is phase one, with a gate after it. Teams that want the next question answered as quickly often add Managed Services once the first model is live.

Your way in

Licensing & Training

We license the right tools for the work and train your people to build, run, and maintain the models, so the capability is yours after we step back.

Many teams pair this with a first Scoped Project, built side by side, so the training lands on a real decision.

Your way in

Managed Services

A modeling team on your bench. We maintain, recalibrate, and evolve the models alongside your team as the operation changes, so the next question gets answered as fast as the last one.

Usually follows a Scoped Project. Some clients start here when the system already exists and the team that built it has moved on.

The four offers

Same work underneath. Four ways to buy it.

Every engagement starts with the operation as it runs. What changes is where you start, who builds the model, and what happens after the first answer.

01 · Decision Workshop

You're not sure which problem is worth a model.

A metric keeps sliding, the room disagrees on the cause, and the last fix started before anyone pinned the problem down. The workshop is discovery sold on its own: two weeks, two days on your site, and a ranked map of what is costing you. Some items you fix yourself next month. Some are worth a model. The map is yours either way.

You leave with

The Blueprint: a process map of the operation as it runs, a data readiness read, and a ranked impact-and-effort matrix with a verdict on each line: fix it, model it, or leave it.

02 · Scoped Project

You know the decision and need to see what each option does.

We run discovery, build a working model of the part of the operation the decision depends on, and validate it against how your operation runs. We run the scenarios and deliver the answer, or your team runs them. Discovery is phase one. You see the scope and the build plan before the build begins.

You leave with

The answer, the scenarios behind it, and documented logic your own analysts can defend.

03 · Licensing & Training

You know the decision, and you want the capability in-house.

The call is clear, and what you're building is the team that can answer it and the next one. We license the right tools for the work and train your people to build, run, and maintain the models themselves. The skill that turns a business question into a working model stays with your team after we step back.

You leave with

Licensed software, a trained team, and someone to call when modeling gets hard.

04 · Managed Services

The model is in use and the operation keeps changing.

We keep the model matched to the operation as it changes, run the scenarios your team brings us, and add the next decision when it's ready.

You leave with

A current answer each time the question comes back, from the modelers who know your operation.

Why four ways instead of one program

Start with one piece and build on the result.

Every engagement starts with a piece of the problem that produces a usable result. You see what it returned before the next phase is scoped, and you have a result to show your own management.

Whichever way in

What every engagement leaves behind.

When the engagement builds a model, the following holds regardless of scope, vertical, or technique. The Decision Workshop produces its own deliverable, the Blueprint, described above.

A working model of your operation

The constraints, the variability, and the way one part affects the rest. Your team tests options against it before committing to any of them.

Your reality, not an average of it

Built on your operation's own data, with the variance it lives with. The behavior that breaks a plan is the behavior the model shows.

The numbers the decision needs, and what they mean

Throughput, utilization, and timing, with dashboards on top and full logs underneath, read together to find where the constraint really sits.

Validated, documented, and yours

Logic and assumptions you can inspect and defend. Runs on the systems you already have. Stays inside your environment after we step back.

Simulation, optimization, AI, data science, and data engineering sit behind all of it. See the capabilities.

“SimWell has been a pleasure to work with in our simulation journey. The SimWell Team has helped every step of the way to assist on building a model that we can use and trust. The team is highly accessible and really have helped us understand what we need and how to use the data to make real time decisions.”

Every decision has a window.

If you're not sure which way in fits, the first call sorts it. You'll hear on that call if none of them do.
