How we work with you

Your business is complex.

Working with us isn't.

You'll know what you leave with before the work starts.

Question 1 of 3

Do you know which decision you need to make?

Question 2 of 3

Who is going to build the model?

Question 3 of 3

Once the question is answered, what happens next?

Where to start

Decision Workshop

Discovery on its own. Two to three weeks, including two days on your floor. You leave with the problems ranked by impact and the first project scoped and priced.

Most workshops lead to a Scoped Project on one of the problems it ranks. Some end with a list your team runs on its own.

Where to start

Scoped Project

We run discovery, build the model, and validate it against how the operation runs. We run the scenarios, or your planners do.

Discovery is phase one, with a gate after it. Teams whose questions keep coming back often add Managed Services once the first model is live.

Where to start

Licensing & Training

We license the right tools for the work and train your people to build, run, and maintain the models. You leave with licensed software, a trained team, and someone to call when modeling gets hard.

Many teams pair this with a first Scoped Project, built side by side, so the training lands on a real decision.

Where to start

Managed Services

We keep the model matched to the operation as it changes, run the scenarios your team brings us, and add the next decision when it's ready.

Usually follows a Scoped Project. Some clients start here when the system already exists and the team that built it has moved on.

The four offers

Same work underneath. Four ways to buy it.

Every engagement starts with the operation as it runs. What changes is where you start, who builds the model, and what happens after the first answer.

01 · Decision Workshop

Something is costing you, and it isn't clear where.

A metric keeps sliding, the room disagrees on the cause, and the last fix started before anyone pinned the problem down. Two to three weeks, including two days on your floor with the people who run it. We map how the work flows end to end and what it costs when a step falls short.

You leave with

The problems ranked by impact, and the first project scoped and priced.

02 · Scoped Project

A big decision is due, and being wrong would be expensive.

We run discovery, build a working model of the part of the operation the decision depends on, and validate it against how your operation runs. We run the scenarios and deliver the answer, or your team runs them. Discovery is phase one. You see the scope and the build plan before the build begins.

You leave with

The answer, the scenarios behind it, and documented logic your own analysts can defend.

03 · Licensing & Training

Modeling depends on one or two people on your team.

We license the right tools for the work and train your people to build, run, and maintain the models themselves. The skill that turns a business question into a working model stays with your team after we step back.

04 · Managed Services

The questions keep coming back faster than your team can answer them.

We keep the model matched to the operation as it changes, run the scenarios your team brings us, and add the next decision when it's ready.

You leave with

A current answer each time the question comes back, from the modelers who know your operation.

Why four ways instead of one program

Start with one piece and build on the result.

Every engagement starts with a piece of the problem that produces a usable result. You see what it returned before the next phase is scoped, and you have a result to show your own management.

What you get

What every engagement leaves behind.

When the engagement builds a model, the following is true regardless of scope, vertical, or technique. The Decision Workshop produces its own deliverable, described above.

A working model of your operation

The constraints, the variability, and the way one part affects the rest. Your team tests options against it before committing to any of them.

Your reality, not an average of it

Built on your operation's own data, including how much it varies. The behavior that breaks a plan is the behavior the model shows.

The numbers the decision needs, and what they mean

Throughput, utilization, and timing, with dashboards on top and full logs underneath, read together to find where the constraint sits.

Validated and documented

Logic and assumptions you can inspect and defend. Runs on the systems you already have.

Simulation, optimization, AI, data science, and data engineering sit behind all of it. See the capabilities.

“SimWell has been a pleasure to work with in our simulation journey. The SimWell Team has helped every step of the way to assist on building a model that we can use and trust. The team is highly accessible and really have helped us understand what we need and how to use the data to make real time decisions.”
